The most beautiful river in my region! My favorite fishing ground – Neretva River near town of Glavaticevo! This is the river with lots of opportunities. Unlike any other river in the region, you can fish Neretva River for 4 different salmonid specimens: grayling, brown trout, marble trout and a jewel of the river – soft mouth trout! This endemic trout specimen is one of a kind, nowhere else found in the world! The “Softy” behaves absolutelly different, comparing to other cousins. Hallmark of this fish is immediate jump after hooking with fighting capabilities equal to steelhead!!!

Do it whenever and wherever you can! I found this “method” very productive.
But, before you start with this – keep in mind the following:
- Always pantomime shoulder by shoulder with someone who is more experienced and knowledgeable than you!
- “Cast” without rod or take butt section of the rod! No fly line on it!!!
- Try to “mirror” your motions with your teacher
- When you are ready to do it alone, record your motions with camera recorder or just watch your shadow!

Get used with fly casting – on time! My son (waiting to be born!) and his mother (Jelena “Speygirl”), training fasle cast together! Can it be possible to start earlier than this???

Importance of very high aiming ang stoping for this cast! Look to extremely extended rod hand’s elbow, with highly positioned – almost vertical fly rod in the air!
